(2) FLAPIA members must attach a membership declaration (with updated date) at the time of registration.
(3) SOPNIA members must attach a membership declaration (with updated date) at the time of registration.
(4) Participants registered as "Accompanying Persons" category won't have access to the scientific rooms, being restricted to the event common areas and exhibition only.
IMPORTANT
1 - Check the countries defined by the income at: https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups.
2 - Students: declaration of enrollment or attendance signed and stamped by the educational institution; Updated student card (front and back); Paid monthly payment slip for the current semester of the educational institution.
3 - IACAPAP Member Associations and IACAPAP Individual members need to inform the mandatory voucher for registration in this category. This voucher is provided by IACAPAP directly to their members. To check about the voucher, please contact: info@iacapap.org
Group registrations: every 10 registrations - 1 (one) complimentary registration:
How to proceed:
1. Fill in the template (see below) with the full names of all the participants in the group and the person responsible (group coordinator);
2. Enter the name of the person responsible/coordinator who should receive the complimentary registration;
3. Send the spreadsheet as an attachment to the following e-mail address: roberta.dantas@ccmgroup.com.br
3. All 09 participants must register in advance and regularly via the website and make payment;
4. Once the 09 paid registrations have been identified, the coordinator will be given the complimentary registration, as indicated.

Withdrawal and Refund
• If the participant provides a reason for cancellation, the paid fees will be refunded up to 45 days after the date of the event.
• Refunds will be paid according to the following criteria:
