Jonathan Siekmann teaches nutrition courses at City College of San Francisco in California (USA). With a PhD in Nutrition Science from UC Davis and experience in public health nutrition and epidemiology, he has worked for the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), the World Health Organization (WHO), and the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
